Taking the leap into building your first pool is an exciting step — and we’re here to guide you through every stage. From initial design ideas to the final swim, this page outlines what to expect during the process, how to prepare, and how we make it as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you're dreaming of a backyard retreat or a modern showpiece, it all starts with a strong foundation and the right team by your side.

What To Expect

01

Pool Planning

Planning your pool is the first and most crucial, step in building your dream pool. Within your initial consultation with our team, we'll tackle your budget, vision and scheduling for your project.

03

Material Selection and Blueprinting

Next, we help you select finishes, tile, decking and equipment that balance style, durability and budget. Those choices become detailed blueprints and engineering, specifying structure, plumbing and electrical for a smooth, code-ready build.

05

Pool Construction

Once approved, our licensed crews bring the plans to life—excavation, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, decking and interior finish—each phase quality-checked. We communicate milestones throughout, then start up your system and walk you through ownership and care.

02

Designing the Pool

With your wish list in hand, our designers shape your yard’s layout into a functional, beautiful pool concept. We refine features, sizing and placement using detailed plans and renderings until it perfectly fits your home and lifestyle.

04

City & Community Permits

We handle all city permits and HOA approvals on your behalf. From applications and surveys to inspections and revisions, our team manages the paperwork and timelines, keeping you updated as we secure every required approval.

Without a doubt the best decision we made with regards to anything relating to our pool! I wish I called them before we decided on our builder! They make you feel like family, in a good way!
