How long does the construction process take after I sign a contract?After signing and submitting a deposit, we move to material selection and blueprint creation. Within about a week, we submit everything to the city for permits. Timelines may vary based on municipality response.

Do you handle HOA approvals or city permits?For new pool builds, yes — we take care of all permitting and submission. For remodels and maintenance, permits are generally not required.
